Spring break

Instead of two weeks off I had 3.  The week before spring break I was really sic and I couldn't do anything.
But on the actual break I did a lot.  I went dirt biking almost every day of the first week  I mostly just went to the track but I sometimes went to up the mountain.  The other week I went snowboarding at baldy and apex.  Most of the time the snow was really bad, it was all slushy and icy.  And I missed the slush cup, thats when they put a slush lake in the middle of the run and your try to ride over it, and the water is freezing cold.  The best thing I did on spring break was going to H2O twice.  H2o is the best water park in the Okanogan. But I back flopped of the high dive and almost drowned so that sucked.  So thats what I did on spring break.  It wasn't one of the most interesting spring breaks I've ever had like in grade four we went   to silver wood for two weeks and that was fun.  Still this was still an awesome spring break and it was way better than school.

My art when I was little

When I was little I didn't draw much.  Just the odd scribble of a monster or gun or space ship or something.  And 99% of the time you wouldn't have the slightest clue what it was.  When I started going to preschool I had to draw more often and I got a little bit better at some things but there I had to draw stars and rainbows and other thing that I thought where stupid, but I still did them or I would get in trouble.  Then when I went to kindergarden we did more and more art but most of it was making crafts like a board covered in keys or something and I hated that.  Then I got into the higher grades and did less and less drawing till I basically forgot how.  But even now I still go look at some of my art that I did when I was little.  I have it all kept in a box in our other house.  It reminds me how much easier school was back then.  But then I think of what I can do now that I couldn't do back then and It's cool.  I was never really one for art but even now I doodle when I'm board or something and it brings me back.

Adrenaline

For me adrenaline is one of the most fun and rewarding experiences humanly possible.  I like to thing of it as a reward for trying something new or facing a fear and there are so many ways to do it.  Like when I'm snowboarding and I try something new of a jump or a box or even just on flat.  Or when I'm wake boarding and wipe out or land a new trick of the wake.  Another way is when I'm dirt biking and I just about bail of the woops which I do a lot.  Adrenaline can also mean a bad thing.  Like when fall on my face snow boarding or dirt biking and that hurts.  Or when someone or something scares you and your muscles stiffen like your ready to fight or run.  Another way I feel adrenaline is just before a test when I'm nervous or scared.  Or even when I'm sleeping and have nightmare and wake up startled and look around franticly to try to see something but nothings there, half the time I can't even remember what scared me in the first place.  But I still love adrenaline and I still think it is the coolest feeling on earth.

My life

My name is Gavin, I was born in Oliver BC.  My favourite winter sport is snowboarding, and my favourite place to snowboard is BlackComb but I don't get to go there much. My favourite summer sports are  wake boarding, and dirt biking. I always go to the Domello's track with Max.  Another sport I like is downhill mountain biking, we go to Whistler in the summer sometimes and the trails there are insane.  Back to snowboarding, I started 3 years ago but I've only been doing trick for 2.  Lots of times I stay at Max's cabin which is right on the main run so in the morning we just snowboard down.  Max and I found a path that goes out of bounds by the snowshoe trail and there is a huge drop and a 25 foot jump in pure powder. One time Max didn't make it and he landed right on his face.  Max and I go dirt biking at Mt.Baldy a lot too. One time we went mud bogging and Foster almost sank his bike in a huge puddle.  We also rode to the top of the eagle and shot a rabbit on the way up and then ate lunch in the ski patrol shed and then rode back down at dark.  There, that's what I do for fun so, bye.

Breaking xbox

Two years ago I was playing xbox and I got the red ring of death.  So I took it outside smashed the back out of it and filled with a box of fireworks.  Then I lit it on fire and it exploded, there were pieces flying every were, one hit me in the head.  Then I went back inside and found out I could of just got it fixed, but it's way more fun blowing stuff up.  I wrote about this because I have never fixed something by breaking it, I don't think it works.  Plus when I want to break something it usually explodes.  And I like blowing things up, it's fun but not when you have to buy a new xbox after.  Check out the video, this isn't what I actually did but it's really close and the video quality is way nicer.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NosN8-u59KM&feature=related
